The license is the part of Bulkline you buy outright, once per store. It is not a deposit and not a first month. You keep the storefront and the portal whether or not you keep the Engine plan.
Every template, 30+ sections and three style presets, licensed for one live store and two development stores. The license does not expire.
The B2B portal, quick order by code and the wholesale application form — built into the theme, nothing extra to install.
Every new theme version released in your first 12 months, downloadable from your account, plus e-mail help with installing and configuring it.
During launch we go through the setup with you: theme installation, Engine connection and your first price levels and buyers.

The license buys the storefront. The plan runs the B2B Engine — the part that works on every single order, long after setup.
The Engine’s Functions run inside Shopify’s checkout and apply each buyer’s price, order rules and payment-method rules.
Levels, buyers, credit, price lists, CSV import and export and the price tester — inside your Shopify admin.
Fixes and new Engine features as they are released, delivered by Shopify without reinstalling anything.
E-mail support for the Engine and its configuration, with priority on Pro.
Every plan works with the storefront theme and customer portal from your Bulkline License.

Bulkline runs on every Shopify plan. Shopify’s own B2B features — which the theme displays as well — depend on your plan, and you don’t need them to use Bulkline.

Shopify B2B rows follow Shopify’s published plan features as of October 2026; they require the new customer accounts and Shopify may change them.
The theme license comes with the Bulkline License and works the same on every plan.
The premium Bulkline theme for one live and two development stores, the customer portal and B2B pages, 12 months of theme updates and support, and onboarding during launch. You pay it once per store and keep using the theme and portal for as long as you like.
The B2B Engine: checkout pricing and rules on every order, the Engine admin, Engine updates and support. It is billed by Shopify on your store invoice.
Core covers level pricing, buyer approval and personal discounts. Pro adds per-variant and per-customer price lists, scheduled prices, CSV import and export, and trade credit with payment terms. Plan limits are not yet enforced inside the app, so your written quote states exactly what your plan includes.
First the one-time license. When you install the Engine and approve the plan in Shopify, a free trial starts; Shopify bills the plan when the trial ends. The calculator above shows the exact amounts for each plan.
Your theme and portal keep working — you bought them with the license. The Engine stops applying prices and checkout rules when the plan ends, so buyers pay your normal prices again. You can subscribe again at any time.
You activate the license key in the theme editor; it covers one live and two development stores and never expires. New theme versions released in your first 12 months appear in your account; later versions need a renewal. You can move the license to another store up to three times a year.
Yes. Yearly billing gives you two months free compared with monthly. You can change the billing period in your Shopify admin.
No. The license and the plan are the only Bulkline charges, however many buyers, orders or products you have.
Online checkout is not open yet: we are onboarding the first stores personally. Request a plan and we reply with a written quote at the prices shown here. Nothing is charged on this site.
The license follows our refund policy: a refund within 14 days if the theme has not been activated on a live store. The Engine plan can be cancelled in Shopify before the trial ends at no cost.
