EMIR PRESTIGE GROUP SRL, Romania (CUI 54735354), is responsible for the personal data processed through this site.

What we process and why

Purchases: your e-mail address, name and company, the plan and the order reference, to deliver the license and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation). Card data is handled only by Stripe.

Account and license: the e-mail address for sign-in codes; the myshopify.com address, environment and theme version of each store where the theme is activated, to provide the license (contract).

Support e-mails you send us (contract or legitimate interest).

Bulkline B2B Engine app: when a store opens the app, we receive a Shopify session token and read the store’s ID to check its subscription with Shopify. We do not store it, and the app keeps its buyer and price data in the merchant’s own Shopify store (metafields), not on our servers. Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks (customer data request, customer and shop deletion) are answered; we hold no customer data to return or delete.

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps the account sign-in token in session storage until you close the tab.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional e-mail), Render (hosting), Shopify (the Engine app and its billing). Some of them process data in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

License and order records are kept while the license exists and for the period accounting law requires. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Delivered e-mails are not stored.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to the contact address. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) or the one in your country.
