What you buy

A license to use the Bulkline Shopify theme (the “theme”), delivered as a ZIP download, with theme updates and e-mail support for 12 months from the purchase date.

Single store license: one live Shopify store and two development or staging stores. Agency license: five live stores and ten development or staging stores. Each live store is identified by its permanent myshopify.com address.

License

You may install, customize and use the theme on the number of stores in your plan, including for clients if you are an agency. The license is non-exclusive and does not expire; updates and support after the included period require a renewal.

You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish the theme or its source code, or use it to build a theme for sale. Copyright stays with the seller.

The license check runs only in the Shopify theme editor; it never affects your visitors or your checkout. We may deactivate a license that is used beyond its plan or after a refund.

Payment and delivery

Prices are one-time, in US dollars, payable by card through Stripe. Taxes are added where required. Your license key is e-mailed immediately after payment and the theme can be downloaded from your account at once.

By completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. Our voluntary refund policy still applies.

B2B Engine app

The Bulkline B2B Engine is a separate Shopify app. It is not part of the one-time theme license: it is installed from Shopify and billed by Shopify as a recurring subscription, under Shopify’s terms. Plans, trials, cancellation and refunds for the app are handled in your Shopify admin.

Support

Support covers installing and configuring the theme and fixing defects in it. It does not cover custom development, third-party apps or Shopify’s own features.

Liability

The theme is provided as is. We fix reported defects within reasonable time while support is included. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

Romanian law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence. Online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
